Beautiful fractional cottage on resort on the Lake Of Bays. 15 minutes south of Algonquin Park and 10 minutes northeast from Huntsville. Snow tubing, indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, ice rink, exercise room (weights, treadmill, elliptical), games room (brand new games room, pool tables, ping pong tables) on site trails for cross country skiing all included (any ski or snow shoe equipment you need can be rented at an additional cost), kayaks, paddle boats and canoes.
New 1,275 Sq ft, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin beds and pullout couch), 2 washrooms with showers . Very family friendly. Owners can rent out their own weeks if they can't use them. Maximum 8 persons.
Inlcudes all linens and is fully furnished including leather couch, love seat, towels, dishes, pillows, blankets, sheets, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, utensils, plates, baking pans, stove, fridge, wall mounted LCD TV in living room and master bedroom, internet, air conditioning, gas fireplace and gas bbq on deck.
Overlooks the Lake Of Bays (25 yards from beach). Local skiing (offsite) includes Deerhurst resort (10 minutes away, not included).
