Cottage Rental Facilities
Discover all Lake Simcoe and the region has to offer! Boating and swimming are, of course, at your door step and your choice of several golf courses is only a few minutes away. Barrie and its summer and fall festivals is also only a short drive away, and Casino Rama is an easy 40 minutes drive. If horse racing is your thing, Georgian Downs is just a quick trot down the road.
Enjoy the comfort of the spacious living and dining rooms, complete with TV, DVD player, books and games. The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Bottled drinking water is NOT required - the tap water is potable. A propane BBQ is also included. All linens, blankets, pillows and towels are included, as well as a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a double bed, dresser and plentiful closet space.
Outdoor furniture, bicycles and a canoe are all available for your use.
Rates
The high season (July and August) rate is $1,350 CAD ($1,250 +/- USD) per week. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the balance is due 1 month prior to the arrival date. A $500 cash security deposit is required on arrival and is refunded in full if the cottage and property have been left clean and no damage.
Rental period is from Sunday 5:00pm to Sunday noon. |
